        The contracting authority will use an electronic auction as the last stage in the open procedure. The total price of the list excluding VAT (1.1 + 1.2 + 1.3 + 1.4), that is, the lowest price of the acceptable bids submitted in the initial stage of the procedure. The invitations to participate in the auction will be delivered electronically through the EPPS after complete evaluation of the initial bids, to all economic operators that submitted acceptable bids in the first stage of the procedure.
